Somalia: Prevention And Countering Violent Extremism Project 2021-Ongoing

The Federal Government of the Somali Republic, Ministry of Endowment and Religious Affairs as appointed the Nordic Counter Terrorism Network (NCTN) as it partner organization and advisory board in countering religious radicalization and violent extremism. The appointment also covers areas in countering terrorism where MERA has been given the mandate to include the threats of human trafficking, border security management where religious terrorist groups are using them to traffic women and children.
